Before product return, please specify the reason in writing and request an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from P&S sales representative. When return products, please attach the copies of delivery order, packing list, invoice, and shipping document (with delivery time and signature). The product return will be handled immediately after inspection and confirmation by P&S technical and sales departments.
